What if my package is lost or damaged?Unfortunately, The Butterfly Collection has no control after handing your shipment off to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

When will my order ship?Processing may take up to 5 business working days. Our working days are Monday-Thursday, orders will not be shipped or processed Friday-Sunday. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Refunds and ExchangeDue to the nature of the products...purchases made are non-refundable and non exchangeable. Therefore it will be a final sale.

ProductsWe highly recommend to do a small patch test for allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products. Weather condition of Proucts. If the product is introduced to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the products efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture. While the products don't have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended to be used with in 12 month after opening for best product quality.
